Ayurvedic Food: Proper Nourishment to Combat COVID-19

As a food writer and wellness warrior, I have been exploring and studying the science of Ayurveda for more than a decade now. It was wonderful to kickstart the Ayurveda week celebrations at the Embassy of Mexico, Gurudev Tagore Indian Cultural Centre in Mexico. Thanks to the Ambassador of India to Mexico, His Excellency Shri Manpreet Vohra and Dr. Srimati Das, the director of the Indian cultural centre in Mexico for inviting me to host this demo talk to a wonderful audience.
